Feedthrough Overview
Temescal`s high quality feedthroughs are designed to support the use of
Temescal electron beam guns and quartz crystal controllers. However,
they are also compatible with sources and deposition systems produced by
most other manufacturers. These feedthroughs are designed for rugged
use and are constructed of materials that meet or exceed the requirements
of all high-vacuum environments.
